Return & Refund Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items.

If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your refund. Acceptance of a refund is within our sole discretion.

Sale and discounted items can only be refunded for store credit. We will arrange a return label for return shipping. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our warehouse, you will receive the store credit. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Cancel Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. We are not able to cancel orders that have entered the shipping process. Your package must arrive to the final destination and send back to us to be eligible for a refund**. 

To cancel an item or an entire order, please send us an email with your order number at customercare@stomatter.com.

**Sale and discounted items can only be refunded for store credit. Regular priced items are refunded to the same method of payment. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your account, depending on how your bank processes the refund.
