Delivery Times
Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages. Delivery times may vary from item to item. Estimated delivery times are provided by our customer service representatives, and can be found in your Order Tracking emails.

Tracking & Notifications
Once you order from, we will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates from each stage of every shipment in your order. Once we fulfill your order and leaves one of our warehouses, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number with a link to ouse tracking system. You can always check your package's status on our Tracking System page. 

Service Areas

Stomatter can ship to any street address in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico. We are also able to ship to Canada and many other countries around the globe. Fees may apply. We will ship your order via UPS, USPS, FedEx, ePacket, and many other delivery services. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses.

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Special Cases

Handling fees may apply for items that require special attention. This can be applied to items that are too large and/or are coming internationally. These charges are only used to cover our own shipping costs and we keep them as low as possible. If your item arrives visibly damaged, please reject the shipment and contact
